Each parent shall make an appointment for an interview with the Center Director to enroll his/her child at Harambee Child Development Center (HCDC).  During the admission interview, parents will learn about HCDC’s philosophy and policies and the forms necessary for enrollment.  A tour of the facility will also be provided.

 Health/Medical Records:

  • Immunization records shall be submitted at enrollment.

  • A Child Health Assessment shall be submitted no later than 30 days after enrollment.
